The SAFTI Program was developed to bring credible companies to the forefront of the industry and promote self-regulation in the debt relief arena. The program will offer an unparallelled level of transparency into the industry and provide a cooperative, neutral bridge between credible debt relief providers and the consumer protection entities involved. American families are struggling with unprecedented levels of debt and industries have emerged to provide alternative options to traditional bankruptcy and credit counseling models. The SAFTI program has created a transparency based system to help consumers and regulators better identify the credible companies involved in the Debt Relief industry. The program will allow for an unparalleled level of transparency and trust. Both state and federal regulating entities will have access to audit files, certification test results and pertinent company information. By creating a system where the consumers and regulating bodies can clearly see the entities involved and aid in mitigating complaints, SAFTI believes they can assist in the creation of a truly cooperative and positive business environment for consumers to receive debt relief. » Learn More Here...
